Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We cannot accept exchanges or returns at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. However, if your product has a fault (for example, incorrect or damaged product sent), we will be happy to exchange it for you. In this case, please contact us via email on info@hina-y.com with the reason for exchange (shipping fees may apply).
Taxes
All prices on the website are inclusive of taxes.
Payment Method
Bookings will be made after a non-refundable deposit is received via bank transfer. The remaining payment is to be made via cash on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel appointments made online, please inform us at least 72 hours in advance so other clients can use the time slot(s). The deposit given during booking is charged as your cancellation fee if cancellations are made within 72 hours of the service. For cancellations made before 72 hours, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer.
Arrival Policy
We understand that time is not always on our side, but in order to avoid delays and issues in our schedule, a delay of 15 minutes for each appointment is permissble, after which we may have to cancel. The deposit, in this case, will be non-refundable. To avoid this, please arrive on time or notify us as early as possible on info@hina-y.com if you feel you might be running late.
